Acceptance

Welcome to Sworn Research. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Buyer” or “Customer”) and Sworn Research (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing swornresearch.com or placing an order, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this website.

Mandatory disclaimer

Sworn Research is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A, or an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B, of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. All products are sold for research, laboratory or analytical purposes only.

1. Age requirement

By accessing this website, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Sworn Research strictly prohibits the sale of products to minors. By placing an order, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Laboratory research only

All products listed and sold by Sworn Research are sold strictly for laboratory research, analysis and in-vitro use only.

• No human consumption: products are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration or ingestion.
• Qualified handling: you warrant that you are a qualified researcher with the proper equipment and safety protocols.
• Misuse: any indication that a customer intends to misuse a product will result in immediate order cancellation and removal from our customer list.

3. Shipping, returns & cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research supplies and the risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products. This policy protects the sterility and integrity of our supply chain.

Damaged or incorrect items: if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or store credit. We assume responsibility for carrier damage or errors reported within this timeframe.

Cancellations are accepted only before the shipping label has been generated. Once a label is created and the order enters the fulfillment queue, it cannot be cancelled. Full details are in our Shipping & Refunds policy.

4. Indemnification

By purchasing, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sworn Research from any claims resulting from the Buyer’s handling or use of the products. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for risks associated with ownership of these materials once received, outside of the shipping damages clause above.

5. Right to refuse service

Sworn Research reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect misuse or protocol violations.

6. Payment security

All prices are in USD. Orders remain pending until payment is received. We use secure, third-party payment services, and Sworn Research does not store or have access to your full payment account information.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
